OURSTORY.
Hot Bird® was born from a 60 sq ft market stall in Hounslow, West London. No big investors. No huge kitchen. No shortcuts — just a founder, a fryer, and an obsession that started on a trip to LA in 2017 when Nashville hot chicken stopped him in his tracks.
He came home and spent years perfecting a recipe London had never seen done properly. Inspired by Nashville but built in its own lane — redefining the experience of fried chicken with a depth of flavour so distinct, so addictive, that word spread entirely on its own. Two hour queues. Sold out days. Over 35 million views across social media. All from a stall you could fit a sofa in.
Hot Bird®was never just food. It became a cultural movement rooted in the ends, carried by the people. Still founder-led. Still recipe-obsessed. Still rooted in West London. Unapologetic about where it came from. Uncompromising about where it’s going.

We showed up to Roost Chicken Festival ready to serve Hot Bird® the only way we know how, and left with two trophies, judged by the people eating it and the traders cooking alongside us.
