Hot Bird® London
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Last updated: 1 July 2026
These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Hot Bird London website (the “Site”) and your relationship with Hot Bird® London (“Hot Bird”, “we”, “us”, “our”), trading from 281-287 High St, Hounslow, TW3 1EF. By browsing the Site or placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms in full.
Use Of This Website
This Site is provided for browsing our menu, finding your nearest location, and learning about Hot Bird®. You agree to use it only for lawful purposes and not in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Site or interfere with anyone else’s use of it.
Orders & Delivery
We do not currently process food orders directly through this Site. Delivery orders are placed and fulfilled through third-party platforms, including Uber Eats and Deliveroo, each of which has its own terms, payment processing, and refund policies. Any issue relating to a delivery order — missing items, late delivery, payment disputes, or refunds — should be raised directly with the platform you ordered through, as they hold the order and payment records.
Allergens
Our kitchens handle all of the major allergens recognised under UK law. Full details are available on our Allergy Information page. If you have a food allergy or intolerance, please speak to a member of staff before ordering — menu descriptions on this Site and third-party platforms are for guidance only and should not be relied on as a complete list of ingredients.
Intellectual Property
The Hot Bird® name, logo, mascot artwork, photography, and all other content on this Site are owned by or licensed to us and protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any of it without our prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial browsing.
Limitation Of Liability
We make reasonable efforts to keep this Site accurate and available, but we don’t guarantee it will always be error-free, uninterrupted, or fully up to date (including menu items, prices, and opening hours, which can change without notice). To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, this Site.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute relating to them will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Changes To These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision — please check back periodically.
